I am a dedicated researcher with expertise in plant pathology, crop improvement, and molecular biology, focusing on sustainable agriculture. My doctoral research on developing ginger essential oil-loaded nanoemulsions to combat bacterial heart rot disease in pineapples has deepened my understanding of plant-microbe interactions and innovative antimicrobial strategies. Throughout my studies, I have honed skills in DNA and RNA extraction, conventional PCR, RT-PCR, loop-mediated isothermal amplification, and biofilm formation. I am passionate about discovering sustainable solutions for agricultural challenges and am particularly drawn to your laboratory's research projects aimed at enhancing global food security. I hold a doctoral degree with a focus on plant pathology and molecular biology. My research, titled "Development of Ginger Essential Oil-loaded Nanoemulsions Bactericide for Effective Control of Bacterial Heart Rot Disease of Pineapple," has equipped me with advanced knowledge and practical experience in crop improvement, bacterial and fungal isolation, microscopy including Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) Scanning electron microscopy and Confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM), Characterization of ginger essential oils and its active components by using Gas chromatography mass spectrometry, FTIR, Raman and UUV-vis analysis, DNA and RNA extraction, conventional PCR, RT-PCR, loop-mediated isothermal amplification, and biofilm formation. This academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding plant-microbe interactions and developing sustainable solutions for agricultural challenges.
