I have previously worked in busy, fast-paced challenging environments with a track record of introducing improved in collection. Personally a good motivator, a good listener, front office knowledge, consulting skills, interpersonal, strong ability to work shift or extra hour and always open new idea from fellow workers and overall able to carry out all instructions from superiors.

As a Team Leader I have control and monitor outstanding balances which includes timely cash collections, assessing credit risks and minimise bad debts.
