Strong in Project Management. Multi-tasking, high-mobility. With my experience of about nine (9) years in interior design field, I work independently in handling projects (multiple projects con-currently)starting from briefing and meeting with clients, site visit, overseeing overall documentation such as 2d drawings and 3d perspectives align with project schedule, quotation and monitoring site progress.

1. Oversee and provide overall project timeline and schedule of multiple
projects.
2. Lead, manage and coordinate internal team from different departments
consist of designers (design and client matters), quantity surveyor, project/site supervisors and in-house general workers (carpentry factory production schedule) from commencement to completion in every aspect.
3. Review, monitor and oversee the production/fit-out process, project costing, including all required drawings submission.
4. Perform all aspects of project management functions and to ensure proper post-contract administration.
5. Command & control skilled workmen/site supervisor and sub-con on site.
6. Attend consultant/site meetings, liaise with client’s representatives when required.
7. Keeping up the morale of team members and build relationships to develop a strong working unit and supporting their impact on the success of a project.
