I manage communication with customers and suppliers, prepare terms and conditions, and assist with operational matters like warehouse storage, cargo damage claims, and trucking arrangements. My role requires accuracy, quick decision-making, and strong communication skills, especially when simplifying messages or preparing professional customer updates. Overall, my experience reflects solid knowledge in freight forwarding, transportation, and daily logistics operations.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Service Economics) from UNIMAS. My studies provided a strong foundation in economic analysis, service industry management, and operational efficiency, which supports my work in logistics, planning, and customer-focused operations.
