As a QS I am the Financial Expert in all matters relating to Building, Civil, and other Engineering Projects.My job is to determine, evaluate, quantify and manage the resources (Material, Labour, Machineries) required and to be used in carrying out any construction or building project.

Involved in estimating and costing, drafting, tender preparation as well as various aspects related to construction planning. Entrusted with awarding project to contractor as well as preparation of monthly reports. Good physical stamina coupled with an ability to work for long hours.
