• Responsible for Final Documentation Coordinators for all projects.
• Produce Document Control Procedure and Final Documentation Procedure according to client contract requirements and specifications.
• Generate the Main Table of Content (MTOC) and Volume Table of Content (VTOC) according to the approved Final Documentation Procedure.
• Prepare and generate Final Documentation Progress Measurement according to approved MTOC and VTOC.
• Monitor submission of Vendor Data as per client standard requirements.
• Organize and chair the Final Documentation weekly progress meeting according to client requirements.
• Familiar with Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB) Final Documentation specification, CSP-04Rev. 4
• Certified QMS Internal Auditor (ISO 9001:2015)
• Certified QMS Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015)
