My name is Caroline Simatupang, as a brief background, I have a Master degree in Strategic and Security Analysis under International Relations from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. I also equipped with experiences in journalism, business development, administration, government, protocol, procurement and hospitality. 

I worked as a Broadcast Journalist for two years in the beginning of my career, where I gained experience in journalism and mass media. Mass Media and target oriented on my previous experiences such as sponsorship and company’s Initial Public Offering gave me exposure on Business Development as I move forward in my career. My last working experience focused on Procurement and Inventory system, also supported my career value on finance and cost control. 

12 years with The Embassy of The Republic of Indonesia under Defence (Military) Attaché Office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia strengthen my professional proficiency in government, legal, office administration, secretarial, official events/ summit and protocolary. My responsibilities to The Defence Attaché Office other than administrations work, had supported me to be familiar with coordination to government/ non-G, military, diplomatic and related matters such as diplomatic ceremonies and official event coordinator, that most of the time related with VIP protocolar and hospitality standard of works. Organized the VIP/ official delegation trip such as accommodation, flights/ transportation and related supported matters were part of my roles.  During my assignment at The Embassy of The Republic of Indonesia, I also engaged as the social media and mass media publication strategist. 

My working experiences made me familiar with mass media, public relations, communication, office administration, business development, event coordinator, protocol and hospitality. Promoting company events/ news, Initial Public Offering, international military exhibitions/ road shows, Official Summit and Events were my main activities.
