I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with 2 years of experience in research and development as a chemist. I have gained experience in characterizing materials, as well as knowledge of various analytical techniques. Additionally, I have 1 year of experience in handling DMA instruments, which has given me proficiency in analyzing and interpreting mechanical properties of materials. 

 I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic R&D Chemist with a passion for developing new materials. I possess a strong background in latex chemistry and have experience in conducting research and development on latex products. I am seeking a new opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills in the latex industry.

• Carry out hands on laboratory technical work packages as part of a defined market, customer, innovation, or plant support project for Health Protection & Performance Elastomer department.
• Developed 4 testing methods by using the existing instruments in company.
• Collaborate with senior chemists and scientist on discussed and executed the projects
• Conduct literature search, write technical reports, and report to other team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory, reporting on safety related issues using available tools and systems.

• To carry out basic fluid properties test for polymer latex such as determining total solid content, pH, Mooney Viscosity, gel content, acid content, and other properties of latex.
• To carry out experiments on novel additives and carry out physical and chemical characterization tests.
• To assist in application technology laboratory in dip molding (spade dipping and glove dipping).
• To conduct literature search, write technical report and present to other team members.
• To perform additional tasks as required by the supervisor.
• To be aware and adhere to the overall SHE policies of the company.
