-Registering patient at the front desk.

-Assisting them with scheduling appointment.

-Managing inbound and outbound call within the clinic which includes answering patients queries on clinic facilities and service provided accordingly.

-Gathering and updating patient's case history, keying information and works with insurance, this applies for both walking and schedule appointment's.

-Assisting doctor's and patient's on daily or monthly medical routine procedure such as taking x-rays, blood test, wound dressing and collaborating with the doctors or nurses to help with the medical order's and supplies.

-Transferring data into the facility’s main system database ensuring that the medical records are organized, accurate and completely safe.

-managing payment and accounts settlement by maintaining financial record's such as patient's claims, medication and patients discharge summary by using medical software to support all transaction on daily basic's.
