  • Campaign Management: Fully responsible for various marketing & loyalty campaigns and communications simultaneously, mainly focuses on EDM, SMS and in-app.
  • Loyalty Program: Involved in management, execution and revamp of loyalty program. Assisted in planning, setup stage and post-launch data support. Fully responsible for all communications during preview and launching stages.
  • Customer Segmentation & Targeting: Using data analytics to get data-driven insights to segment customers & target personalized campaigns based on their preferences and purchase behaviors.
  • Provide daily ad-hoc data support in terms of points and vouchers: points issuance, points redemption, points collection, voucher issuance, voucher redemption, daily management and maintenance of customers' data.
