Chelsea Yeo

I am a graduate Accredited Practicing Dietitian, with over five years of building my theoretical and practical knowledge of dietetics. My passion lies in empowering people to optimise their health through nutrition and community dietetics. As a compassionate team player, I have a strong sense of intuition and effective communication skills. With my communication skills and experience working in a multidisciplinary team, I aim to treat malnutrition within communities. I am willing to relocate to Singapore.

My clinical placement experiences in a range of hospitals have strengthened my skills in carrying out dietary consultations, management, and education for a variety of chronic conditions. I have provided medical nutrition therapy to patients who require high energy/high protein diets, low potassium diets, nutrition for wound healing and type II diabetes, within the Rehabilitation, Oncology and Geriatric Evaluation Management wards.

I am a recent graduate of Monash University Masters of Dietetics program.
