About CHEW HUI CH'I:

My name is Hui Chi, but you can also call me January. I’m currently based in Malaysia, working as a Junior Officer. My role is similar to customer service, but instead of dealing directly with customers, I coordinate with suppliers to ensure sufficient product supply for outlets. If a customer encounters an issue with a product, I handle warranty actions and liaise with suppliers to maintain product quality. Additionally, I ensure that outlets have adequate space to display and sell the suppliers’ products.

Experience

 I’ve been working in customer service for a while, I’m currently in Malaysia, but I’m actively looking for opportunities in Singapore.

Education

I have completed my SPM and pursued an English course to further develop my language skills.
