I have about 20 years of experience in the Plantation Industry commencing in 2004. Mycareer started with Pontian United Plantations (Sabah) from 2004-2009 as Assistant Manager and continued with IOI Plantations(Sabah) from 2009-2018 as Assistant Manager Inchage, and continued with Cepatwawasan Group Bhd. based in Beluran Sabah from 2018-2024 as Estate Manager. Currently im working at RBD Enterprise as Project Manager from 2025- current.

I have experience in OP to OP Replanting, Immature as well as mature oil palm harvesting and upkeep with high standard. I also have undergone RSPO, ISCC and MSPO certificate with the various companies that I have worked. I am driven, honest, dedicated, hardworking and will always do my best to achieve the goals and targets set forth for me by the company.
