About Christopher Tan:
I developed hair cutting skills when Im 13 years old. I learned the skills from my aunty who owned her own hair salon in Kuala Lumpur. Back in those days when there's school holidays I'll go to her salon to help and at the same time I learn. After completed secondary school, I then took up a hairstylist course from a reputable academy in Malaysia. In that course I get to learned male and female haircut, perm, colouring, hair straightening, hair wash and blow dry. After completed the course, I worked in a hair salon in my hometown but I don't find much passion because since young I always prefer to cut men's hair (I don't know why). And working in a hair salon usually are female customers whom prefers to have their long hair services which includes hair cut, perm and so on. Since then, I decided to leave as hairstylist. So long story cut short, I would say I am a person who have passion in skill work and I picked up skill fast and easily. I started my own small barbershop last year November and found that business rather slow here. Nonetheless, not only that's the reason but I felt that I should upgrade, learn and explore more in the barbering industry. A little bit more about myself is I am a responsible, systematic, tidy, well groomed, willing to learn, get well with team and able to adapt in past pace environment
