Chuar Jin Yek

I would like to introduce myself as a  property officer/executive position. With my previous experience as an Industrial executive in Industrial Sector in Malaysia, I am confident in my ability to perform well in this Property Management Company.

Before I joined this industry, I am passionate about the real estate industry, since I believe real estate is a very good inflation-resistant asset. This is why I decided to pursue a Bachelor of Building and Property Management when I was at University Tunkul Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree with Merit.

During my tenure as Industrial Executive for Hartamas Real Estate (M) Sdn Bhd, my responsibility included liaising and interacting with the potential tenants and owners of the properties, implementing marketing strategies for industrial property owners, identifying eligible tenants for industrial owners by analysing their business CTOS account and their financial status, identify potential owners who want to rent out or market their industrial property. Over the tenure of my career, I have acquired and managed over 60 units of Industrial/Commercial Real Estate in Klang Velly in 8 months.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Building and Property Management (Hons) at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) with Merit. This Programme included Property Valuation, Management and Agency.
