Experience
I am a fresh graduate in International Business with hands-on experience in warehouse administration and general administrative operations. Currently working as a Warehouse Admin at Bossard (M) Sdn. Bhd., I support daily warehouse operations by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, preparing and verifying shipping documents, managing inventory records, and utilizing ERP systems to track stock movements and generate reports. I communicate regularly with warehouse staff, transporters, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. Previously, during my internship as an Admin at AniPACK Enterprise, I assisted with documentation, customer email coordination, product packaging and labeling, material supply coordination, and employee overtime record preparation. These experiences have strengthened my administrative, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced work environments.
Education
I hold a Bachelor of Business (International Business) (Hons) from Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) with a CGPA of 3.50. My studies strengthened my knowledge in international business and research, including a final year project involving survey analysis and SPSS.
