As IT leader, I am focused on delivering value by creating IT strategies and digital transformation initiatives, aligned with the company strategy.
One of my biggest satisfactions is to see how my team grows and improves as team and as individuals. Experience
Working with different IT systems for more than 20 years, started as software engineer and last positions I lead diverse multicultural teams to improve and grow professionally, aligning with company strategies and goals, having in mind always our customers (internal or external) and how we delivered value to them.
Education
I keep attending conferences, reading books and articles, and doing courses to keep learning.
The last longer training I finished was an executive program from Cambridge University called "Strategic Thinking for the CxO" since I have been quite interested in Business strategy since few years back.
I finished also in 2021 my degree BSc (Hons) Digital & Technology Solutions, Information Technology in the University of Roehampton obtaining First Class Honours.
Apart from those, I have achieved many other certificates in Agile, DevOps, Azure, ITIL, Architecture, etc.
