Management

• Support the Warehouse Operations Manager in executing and optimizing operational strategies and keeping the Senior Management Team (SMT) posted on the warehouse situation. 
• Answer any queries from the Customer (Intel) in regards of KPI, solutions and process flow if needed.
• Ensure Customer (Intel) enquiries, requests, and complaints are properly and efficiently attended to. 
• Act as key execution lead overseeing daily warehouse functions across interplant, inventory, IQC, POU, and scrap operations.

• Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager and Senior Operations team with any urgent or additional tasks as required.

Inbound Operations

• Work closely with Operations Executives (Shift) to ensure efficient and accurate receiving of goods, managing discrepancies and coordinating with Intel procurement team for resolution.

Outbound Operations

• Work closely with Operations Executives (Shift) to manage and optimize POU operations, ensuring seamless material flow to the Intel factory and answer to any escalation arises in between.

Interplant Operations

• Work closely with Operations Executives (Interplant) to ensure timely and accurate outbound shipments for Jabil, attend the customer meeting and solve any issue arises in between of execution

Scrap Operations

• Work closely with Operations Executives (Scrap) to oversee scrap shipments, ensuring they are completed on time and resolve any issues that arise in the scrap handling and disposal process.
