Managing daily operations & assist Building Manager and involving all issues at site.
Manage and supervise a team of technicians.
Used Microsoft Office, SQL & Condo Master as a communication platform with residents.
Handle leaking problems(inter-floor leaking) and also other general complaint at buildings.
Prepare monthly report and minute meetings.
Prepare purchase order for quotation.
Take necessary decision regrading defects occurs.
Involve in contract administration including calling for contractors and recommendation of tenders.
Prepare up to date defect listings.
