About Ediasyamin Ediasmizul:

Fondly known as Coach Eddy. I am currently a Master Students cum research assistance at UPM, furthering my education strength in Master of Science (Physical education) and a full time physical education educator and also specializes in developing and implementing activities for students to promote their physical fitness and overall health.

8 Years in fitness field and Strength and  Condition with International Athletic Association Federation Level 1. Experience in 2 years crossfit coach.


 

Experience

Taught about exercise and fitness. Taught students about proper exercise routines and technique. Motivated student's to participate in various physical activities. Established and implemented inter-school competitions in volleyball, track, swimming, basketball,football and more. Specialize in strength and conditioning.
