At the beginning of my career, I had zero knowledge of customer service centres and only worked as a retail assistant for a few years.

My journey began in late October 2015 as an inbound customer service agent and received an opportunity to enhance my career in another department called quality service and training development after six months in the call service line. Since then, I've been working hard to maintain the quality of my work and began to be recognized by most of the department as a trainer. 

My greatest hope is to dig and explore new experiences in a new workplace after contributing for eight years in Astro Go Shop.

Experienced and reliable quality assurance professional with over six years of experience working in the company to ensure the highest quality outcomes possible. Adept at providing suggestions and solutions to improve and enhance productivity. Committed to excellent communication and a superior level of teamwork. Responsible for carrying out a training session for new hires agents for the past four years under the supervision of my HOD. I've been responsible for evaluating the Inbound/Outbound/Telemarketing calls.

Graduated from SMK Raja Abdullah in 2012 in Form 6, STPM.

Major in History subject and Bahasa Malaysia literature.
