1. Treasurer Auditor (Monash Uni Student Association) Feb 2023 - Present

• I served on the MUSA Treasurer Auditor Subcommittee within the Monash University Student Association. In this position, I conducted meticulous reviews of numerous financial documents, gaining a comprehensive understanding and application of financial analysis. My role included ensuring strict compliance with the relevant policies, regulations, and standard accounting principles, thus enhancing my knowledge of financial governance. I also developed a keen eye for identifying any discrepancies, errors, or irregularities within financial documents and promptly reporting them, thereby promoting financial accuracy and transparency within the association. My responsibilities also enveloped handling PR/PO request concerning vendor registration.

2. Treasurer (PPI Monash Malaysia) Feb 2023 - Present

• During my experience as Treasurer at PPI Monash Eunoia, the Indonesian student association, I successfully handled a broad range of financial responsibilities. These included diligently overseeing and monitoring all financial matters, thus ensuring the sound financial stability of the organization. I also effectively executed financial transactions for both internal and external parties, upholding the utmost integrity and accuracy. To ensure optimal allocation of resources, I was involved in developing and managing event budgets, which equipped me with tangible skills in financial planning. Apart from these, my responsibilities also entailed performing journal entries and conducting other administrative tasks relating to financial transactions, which deepened my understanding of accounting procedures. Furthermore, I was in charge of communicating complex financial information in a lucid and accessible manner; I prepared and presented comprehensive financial reports and findings during general meetings — a task which considerably enhanced my proficiency in financial data interpretation and presentation.
