Elvia Jemima Tanaka

Elvia is an enthusiastic girl in terms of learning. She has a great passion to learn new things and acquire new skills, shortly, she is adventurous. She also a person with high commitment and persistency to success in the given task. She is generous and kind, while also possess a high confident. Elvia isn't afraid of making mistakes and always look forward to being the better version of herself.  With a strong background in Food Science, she is open to explore the food industries and have a high interest in the area of healthcare nutrition. 

As a fresh graduate student, Elvia has completed her bachelor's degree in food science with Nutrition at UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur campus. Elvia has done a total 6 months of internship in Indonesia and Malaysia. She had 2 months working experience as a Quality Control Analyst in PT Marimas Putera Kencana, a vast growing food company located in Central Java. Then, she is currently having 4 months internship at Danone Specialized Nutrition Sdn. Bhd in the Helathcare Nutrition function. 
She had also explored a freelance world in the area of AI, to be a freelance ASR (Automated Speech Recognition) transcriptionist for over 1 year and were promoted to be the project manager of ByteDance and Speechocean ASR projects.  

Elvia is a final-year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in food science in Nutrition program. Throughout her studies, she has learned the core principles of Food Science and Nutrition, which cover essential courses such as the principle of nutrition, food microbiology, food processing and packaging, food safety & regulation, food chemistry, and so on. With hard work and dedication, she was able to receive a CGPA of 3.6.
