Eshaalini Chelliah

Marine Biology Graduate passionate in conservation and sustainability. 

Dedicated marine biologist with hands-on experience in conservation research, fieldwork, and community engagement. Currently, I work as a part-time Research Assistant with the Malaysia Otter Network, where I support report writing, conservation planning, and outreach activities. Previously, I interned at the Penang State Fisheries Office, gaining valuable field and administrative experience. I’ve also been actively involved in organizing environmental events such as World Otter Day 2025 and the ESG Global Young Leaders Summit, where I developed strong coordination and sustainability advocacy skills.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology (Hons.) from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, where I graduated in 2025 with a CGPA of 3.74 and was on the Dean’s List for six semesters. My studies equipped me with a strong foundation in marine science, research methods, and conservation practices, which I’ve applied through various academic and field-based projects.
