My name is Eswaran Ponnusamy. I am a dynamic mechanical and electrical technician with four years of hands-on experience. I am doing part time Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. I have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive) from Politeknik Sultan Azlan Shah.In my current role as an Electrical and Mechanical Technician at VC Motor Winding (Asia) Sdn Bhd, I lead a team as a site supervisor, handling tasks such as dismantling and installing three-phase induction motors, performing laser alignment, and conducting dynamic balancing for rotors and armatures. Previously, I worked as a Chief Technician at Wai Lik Workshop, where I diagnosed and troubleshot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in automobiles, and performed routine maintenance tasks.I am proficient in optimizing equipment performance, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and have skills in AutoCAD, Catia, Vegas Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects. My ability to operate heavy machinery and perform detailed inspections has consistently ensured operational excellence
