Eswarei Mohana krishnan

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Im Eswarei Mohana Krishnan.I have total 6 years of working experience related to recruitment specialist and also 6 month experience related to HR assistant. I'm completed my degree in human resource development from University Malaysia Sarawak and complete my master's in business administration from University Science Malaysia (USM) and expected graduates in November 2024.

 I have also acquainted myself with a wide range of skills that allow me to blend with the group or team’s culture and to continuously strive to reach common goals amidst failures and setbacks. I possess good interpersonal skill and able to communicate well with all level of management. I am able to work independent with minimum supervision. Also i am great team player, meticulous and possess high sense of urgency. I am a believer of supportive and collaborative team drives success.

Since im going to complete my master in few months, i would like to switch my career from corporate job towards education sector. This is because of passion toward teaching will be my main factor to apply the job related towards teaching job.

6 years experience in Technical recruitment. My main job scope are to source and hire candidate from IT background for my client project.

Current pursuing MBA at University Science Malaysia and will be graduate  by  Mar  2024.

Completed my degree in Human Resource Development at University Malaysia Sarawak in year 2016.
