I started my journey in marketing communications, where I learned to shape messages, build brand consistency, and understand how people respond to stories. That foundation led me into digital marketing and sales consulting with Google, where I managed full-cycle outreach, performance campaigns, and ROI-driven strategies for businesses across different industries.
Over time, I realized that real growth doesn’t come from just ads or just branding — it comes from the connection between the two. That curiosity took me deeper into client engagement, experiential campaigns, and on-ground activations, where I worked directly with brands to build trust, drive traction, and translate strategy into real customer impact.
Today, I see myself as a bridge — between data and creativity, between digital performance and brand meaning, between business goals and human connection. Experience
Across my career, I’ve built a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and client engagement — managing full-cycle B2B relationships while delivering high-performing campaigns for both corporate and community audiences. My experience spans lead generation, digital advertising, experiential marketing, brand communication, and performance reporting, allowing me to operate comfortably at the intersection of business development and marketing execution.
I’ve driven end-to-end sales efforts through cold outreach, lead qualification, proposal development, and post-sales support, consistently building trust-based relationships with clients and vendors. On the marketing side, I’ve managed multi-channel Google Ads campaigns, localized brand communication across digital and on-ground touchpoints, and led experiential activations such as roadshows, CSR programs, and community events. I bring strong operational discipline to every project — overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, timeline planning, and on-ground execution.
Data and insights play a big role in my work. I compile performance reports, analyze campaign results, conduct competitor and audience research, and provide strategic recommendations to help teams optimize ROI and improve decision-making.
Throughout my roles, I’ve contributed to high-impact campaigns — including exceeding ad spend KPIs by 115%, helping a national RFID adoption campaign surpass installation targets by 113%, and co-leading Grab Malaysia’s National Driver Appreciation Dinner, which engaged over 15,000 drivers and families across five cities.
