Create and maintain AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) recipes for back-end package inspection. Deploy artificial-intelligence machine learning models on AOI tools to reduce over-rejection, characterize new failure models and optimize recipes to ensure good detection.
Analyze data to identify drift in machine performance leading to over-rejection and work on root-cause to prevent re-occurrence.
Perform minor troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on AOI machine and computer including networking, related hardware and software.
