As Head of Nexa Academy, I spearhead strategic initiatives that bridge education and industry, including corporate-funded programs such as Nexa K-Youth, NXCA, and MyMahir under TalentCorp. My work blends curriculum design, stakeholder management, and operational execution to deliver high-impact results for both participants and organizations.

It emphasized areas such as customer experience, operational efficiency, and people development, all of which have been highly transferable to my career in training and learning. This educational background has shaped my ability to design and deliver impactful development programs, manage diverse teams, and align talent growth strategies with organizational objectives.
