More than  11  years  of  active  teaching  experiences  in  reputed Universities in Bangladesh. Worked as  the  Assistant  Professor  of  Finance  and  Head  of  the Department of Business Administration under the South Asia School of Business, University of South Asia. Expert to teach all subjects in Finance, and the basic subjects in Accounting, Economics, Marketing and Management. 

• Worked for 11 years as  an academic  of  Finance  in different Private and Public Universities of Bangladesh.
• Worked as the Additional Director,Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), University of South Asia. More than 06 years of administrative experiences in managing Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and leading departmental  activities.  The  activities  include  Outcome  Based Education (OBE)  curriculum  development,  Teaching-Learning  tools  and technique, Self-Assessment and Post- assessment monitoring and evaluation etc.
