Experience

Currently working at Re:Sources Malaysia, a shared service company in Media & Advertising industry as a Senior Billing Associate. I have been with the company since 2017. When I first started joining the company, I handled billing for Singapore market, cash application for Australia and New Zealand market and performed bank reconciliation for Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan market. After few years, I fully transferred to ANZ team where I mainly focused billing and cash application for Australia & New Zealand market. I am also in charge for some reporting for agencies. I also involved with some of the process improvement and get involved with some UAT migration for New Zealand.

I graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA in BBA(Hons) Finance
