I am currently responsible for overseeing the unit's operations and leading a team to achieve the company's monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). I work closely with the support team, administrators, and technical field customer engineers (CEs) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, I handle customer satisfaction issues, assist customers directly, and provide immediate solutions when needed.
