Experience
COORDINATION SCOPE :
• Identify enquiry can be received by coordinator in the form of telephone call, email, or any other means of communication. Upon receipt of enquiry, qc coordinator shall review thecommunication carefully before acknowledging receipt of enquiry to ensure that they have the required information to be able to source a relevant candidate.
• Search and Selection of candidates
• Review and clarify job specifications, competencies and skills required
• Align job candidate profiles with staffing objectives
• Source applicants through various methods including advertising, recruiters, jobsites, career fairs, online platforms
Once the candidate(s) have been selected, the QC Coordinator is responsible for ascertaining the following:
o Candidates availability for thework
o Candidates experience relevant to the commodity/project
o Candidates current location
o Candidate interest in the role
o Candidate remuneration in any of the following formats:
▪ Rate as per agreed Frame Agreement
▪ All-inclusive day rate based or hourly rate if relevant.
▪ If applicable; Day rate plus travel, accommodation and expenses
▪ Hourly rate plus travel, accommodation and expenses
• Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates
• Organize and execute college recruitment programs
• Review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
• Proposal Preparation
o Once the candidates that will be proposed to the client have been established, the candidates resume shall be put into the format with keywords highlighted in Yellow.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers
• Inform candidates fully about the job and company
• Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews
• Verify references
• Conduct background checks
• Facilitate pre-employment testing
• Manage all communication with candidates
• Provide regular updates and feedback to managers
• Manage applicant tracking system
• Maintain accurate and current applicant data base
• Extend offers of employment within company procedures
• Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration
• Draft rejection letters
• Organize new employee orientation
• Maintain recruiting metrics (cost per hire etc)
• Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
• Ensure regulatory aspects of thefull cycle recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislation
• Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
ADMIN SCOPE
- Dealing with inspector invoice and timesheet
- Responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payable.
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Ensure timesheet and invoice are tally before process the payment .
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
