Job scope: 

1) Filing, documentation, calculation and key-in monthly payment voucher into
system and make sure all the GST are correct before submit to custom.
2) Calculation of stock costing, checking and key-in monthly goods arrival based
on GAR (Goods Arrival Notes) into system.
3) Being a rectifier in stock check and make sure all stock calculation is accurate
and present the report.
4) Handling overseas purchases and good in transit [GIT]. Filing, documentation,
and key-in overseas purchase invoices for overseas purchases and GST purposes.
have to make sure all the GST are correct before submit to custom.
5) Record all the utilities and do director claim’s every month.
6) Handle overseas creditor’s ageing.

1) Key-in monthly payment voucher into AX system and make sure all the GST are

2) Issue cheque using EZCHEQUE for payment to supplier according to vendor
payment terms
3) Checking and matching all PO, DO,GRN and invoices into PMO system before
make payment
4) Filing and documentation all PO,DO,GRN and Tax Invoices.
