ADJUSTER II EXPRESS CLAIMS PC - PERSONAL ACCIDENT(June 2021 - Present) - Accenture Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd

I worked in the Claim Management Department for Singapore Accident And Health Claims under Shared Services for AIG which I had to handle various different types of policy such as Accidental Injury, Illness, Student Assist(Studying Overseas), Group Policy Health related, Female Wellness Policy and etc.
As I was regarded to have great decision making skills and pay attention to details from the documents that we received from claimant ,broker or agent, I investigate claims to check whether there any potential fraudulent claims as well as accepting or denying the claims based on the policy wording and backing.
To be a well-rounded Claim Adjuster, I also manage inbound/ outbound calls and emails which improve my communication skills.

Furthermore, I was exposed and have the ability to handle high volume of claim assigned and liaise with other party such as claimant ,broker or agent or other third party such as medical providers, physician or TCM physician in order to settled the assigned claims.

My time at Accenture taught me the nuts and bolts of being a Claim Express Adjuster and gave me a strong foundation in handling claims.
