My interest in this position stems from my experience in Strategic Human Resources.
Looking at how Human Resources has shaped especially after Covid, it has been important for us to shift with times and adopt and adapt to the ever-changing world when dealing with talents.

Being in Human Resources since my early days had slowly been a factor in shaping my career and I found that Human Resources is the closest I could get to bring change to people around me. 

With the years of experience, I have garnered throughout the years, I am convinced that I bring a lot of wealth of experience and knowledge in this field.

Having worked for various industries before ie: Consulting, Oil and Gas and Information Technology companies, I possess in-depth experience in handling various walks of life. I have experience dealing with developers from India, Dubai and Abu Dhabi in partnering them in developing high-end solutions for clients. I am currently managing HR for Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Canada and Australia.

I consider myself dedicated and a focused talent who can work independently with less supervision. 
I also consider myself a good verbal and written collaborator. With this role needing to partner our businesses in other locations, I trust that I am able to further develop and refine my skillsets to better serve my next employer in its Mission and Vison.

 

I have been a HR personnel starting from recruitment till now with over 10 years of experience in dealing with many stakeholders and C-Suite Management. 
Managing IR and Performance Management are my forte apart from ensuring that teams continue to deliver the required spectrum of work. Engaging with various stakeholders and key people in the organization are my strength as I always ensure that trust is maintained to deliver what is HR is required. Forging a healthy working partnership is key in HR.

I am a MBA holder with a certification from HRDF (Now HRDC) in Train the Trainer (TTT).
