With 4.5 years of relevant experience, I am an accomplished RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer with a robust background in deploying automation solutions across diverse sectors, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and HR management. Proficient in UiPath and Blue Prism, I hold certifications as a UiPath Solution Architect and Advanced Developer, as well as a Blue Prism Developer Certificate. My education includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. Employed at Ceridian Malaysia as a Software Developer and RPA Developer, I previously contributed as a Consultant at Deloitte Malaysia and Capgemini Services Malaysia. In these roles, I collaborated on projects for clients such as Celcom, Roche, and Philippines Long Distance Telephone, demonstrating expertise in developing RPA processes, creating documentation, and utilizing tools like Kibana and Power BI for reporting. My responsibilities also encompassed working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, collaborating with global clients, and operating within the DevOps model for continuous improvement.
