Gained hands-on professional experience as an IT Systems Administrator Intern at cbs Corporate Business Solutions, where I supported infrastructure operations, standardized user provisioning workflows, and collaborated with HR and technical teams to manage system access and migrations for over 50 employees. Besides that, contributed to setting up a client Offshore Development Center, configured and documented IT components to ensure reliability and compliance, and provided Tier-1/Tier-2 technical support for hardware, networking, and conferencing systems. Alongside my internship, I developed technical projects including a cloud-based VoIP system on AWS and an ongoing FastAPI/Docker-based automation platform, giving me practical exposure to backend development, cloud deployment, and system design.
