I have always been interested in interacting with people. I'm a fast learner, flexible and able to work under minimum supervision. My previous job experience has nurtured me with a rounded skill set, including management, interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Manage complex cases, determining validity and resolutions based on
policies.
Handle designated inboxes through inbound and outbound tickets/emails,
outbound calls, and casework.
Contact providers and users to obtain additional documentation and verify
the information.
Work closely with stakeholders to align on case strategy.
Liaising with other departments to confirm fraudulent account.
Escalate identified fraud rings and risk issues as they arise. Crafting clear
and concise resolution plans in order to drive fair and accurate outcomes.
Identifying risk areas, use available data and internal tools to identify
process weaknesses, trends, and fraudulent behavior.
Performing risk reviews and recognizing opportunities to prevent future
fraud.
