With one year of experience as a physiotherapy assistant in a nursing home, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional geriatric care and support. I conduct patient assessments, implement therapy plans, and assist with mobility and exercises, closely monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed. I collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to enhance residents' quality of life.

Additionally, I am skilled in using therapeutic equipment and focus on clear communication and accurate documentation of patient progress. My commitment to supporting overall patient well-being drives my work and contributes to effective care outcomes.

 I’m Harchanah Sreeram, a physiotherapist with a Bachelor's degree from Mahsa University. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, gaining experience in stroke, musculoskeletal, pediatric, and geriatric care. 
 At NASAM, I was recognized for my teamwork while working with stroke patients. My time at Heritage Physio allowed me to manage complex musculoskeletal and neurological cases, and at Yayasan Sultan Idris Shah, I specialized in pediatric care, which taught me the importance of building strong relationships with both patients and their families. At Econ Medicare Centre, I took on a leadership role in group therapies and patient education. I also gained valuable experience at Hospital Tengku Ampuan Jemaah in Sabak Bernam, where I treated a wide range of conditions using both manual and electrical modalities. 
 Currently, I’m working as a Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) at Man Fut Tong Nursing Home, where I focus on resident care, performing PT and OT duties, and carefully documenting patient progress.

I completed my SPM at SMK Canossian Convent in Kluang, Johor, in 2015. After that, I pursued a Diploma in Physiotherapy at Mahsa University, Kuala Lumpur, and graduated in 2019. Building on that foundation, I went on to earn my Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) from Mahsa University in 2023, achieving Second Class (Upper Division) honors. This program also included a certification from Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), which added significant value to my academic credentials.
