Successfully achieved savings equivalent to 3 headcounts, RM54K annually (excluding allowances). Through meticulous analysis and identification of process inefficiencies, targeted process improvement initiatives had been developed and executed.

Simplified processes and introduced right tools for the operators to perform daily activities. Eliminated non-value-added processes and activities.
