My name is Harith Hela Ladin. I graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia with a Bachelor's Degree in English Language Studies.

My professional career includes working as a Sub-Editor for The Edge Financial Daily newspaper in 2019.

I am currently employed as a Proofreader for Asia Online Publishing Group, based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. My tasks in this position include but are not limited to, proofreading/copy-editing (EDMs, press releases, e-books, articles, etc.), managing multiple online news sites, liaising with PRs, and assisting with video production.

I am passionate about topics related to both consumer and business technologies, finance and global politics.

Experience

I've dabbled in freelance proofreading and editing from 2014-2016.

My professional career includes: 

  • Sub-editor for The Edge Financial Daily newspaper - 2019-2020.
  • Proofreader for Asia Online Publishing Group - 2021-current.
