Environmental Officer with more than 8 years experiences in construction sites, currently working for the construction of Section 12 – Building Construction, East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) where I am overseeing total of 20 stations with 6 Environmental Assistants for each site and previously involved in highway construction and earthwork. Possesses CESSWI, CEPSWAM and SHO exam completion certifications, as well as familiarity with EIA approval conditions, BMP constructions and maintenances, site inspections and audits and required training for workers.

As an experienced Environmental Officer, I specialize in implementing environmental compliances in Section 12, coordinating with the CCC HQ Environmental Team to ensure regulatory compliance across all sites. I monitor and adjust each site’s environmental performance, facilitate ISO 14001 certification, and oversee the implementation of EQA, EMP, ESCP, EIA, and related regulations.

I ensure timely and accurate environmental submissions to CCC HQ and DOE. I conduct regular audits to assess EIA Approval Conditions compliance and propose environmental activities for awareness. I evaluate and enhance the performance of LDP2M2 at each site and provide support to the Environmental Officer. My expertise lies in achieving environmental goals through compliance and teamwork.

As a graduate with a Bachelor of Applied Biology majoring in Environmental Science, I am most passionate to explore different working environments as I wish to grow better in this field. In order to fulfill the competency requirements, I am a Certified Sediment and Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI) and have passed examinations for Safety and Health Officer (SHO) courses. I learned at a speedy pace and was able to work for long hours. I am fluent in Malay and English language.
