HIROSHA THARMA RAJ

With a strong background in teaching Mathematics, I have extensive experience working with diverse age groups in both international schools and tutoring environments. At Sri Bestari International School, I taught Cambridge Mathematics to students from Grade 1 to Grade 10, prepared Year 6 students for the Checkpoint Examination, and maintained a focused, nurturing classroom environment. At Hibiscus International School, I utilized Smart boards and mathematical software to create interactive lessons and administered quizzes to assess student progress. Additionally, I have worked as a home tutor and Kumon Mathematics tutor, helping students master challenging material through personalized instruction and positive reinforcement.

I hold a Bachelor of Education (Hons) with a major in Mathematics from UNITAR International University, where I was recognized on the Dean's List in both 2017 and 2018. I also served as the elected captain of a study camp at SMK Bandar Tun Razak, and I graduated with a CGPA of 3.09. Additionally, I completed STPM with a CGPA of 2.42 and achieved Band 3 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
