IT Support Engineer Intern

• Resolved incoming cases from Freshdesk, providing remote end-user support with TeamViewer for Microsoft apps, licenses, server permissions, network drives, printers, scanners, and more.
• Supported clients in renewing Kaspersky licenses and updating their devices.
• Facilitated upgrades from Microsoft Standalone licenses to Microsoft 365.
• Set up laptops for new joiners, including account creation, installation of Microsoft 365 applications, printers, VPN setup, shared folder access, and the necessary company software.
• Assisted clients in offboarding ex-staff by converting their accounts to shared mailboxes, backing up data to the file server, disabling VPN, and deleting their Windows profiles.
• Migrated websites to a newer Plesk server, resulting in improved website performance.
