Hello Hello 👋!! I’m Idris. Few things about me: 

🚀 - Most recently led a team of 4 in Supply Operations at Passionfruit, reporting to the Co-Founder. 
✈️ - Travelling rejuvenates my soul and I’m planning 2 solo trips in 2026! Countries visited: 23. 
🥊 - I box 4x a week and I've been told I got a mean left hook. 
🎹 - Classically trained pianist and a music producer on the side, into all music genres.
🎙️ - I speak to people who balance a 9-5 with a creative side hustle.

A lot of my operations experience has directly contributed to commercial growth, while working cross-functionally across C-suite, Product and Tech, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and HR. From diagnosing and fixing product bottlenecks to helping commercial teams move faster with clearer, data-informed decisions, I enjoy owning work that unblocks progress. 

I do my best work in fast-growing, high-agency environments. In those settings, I love being close to founders and senior leadership, switching between thinking and doing, and helping teams operate with more clarity.

I joined as an intern at Passionfruit (B2B SaaS Marketplace, London based) and spent 3 years helping them scale from Seed to Series A. Over time I grew in responsibilities, where most recently I was the Operations Lead, reporting to the Co-Founder and was the team lead of 4. 

Some Key achievements included: 

Expansion Intelligence: Built a custom GPT workflow that converted qualitative call transcripts into structured renewal and upsell insights, improving expansion signal detection across enterprise accounts.

Deal Acceleration: Accelerated enterprise deal cycles by 40% through cross-functional redesign of marketplace matching workflows, increasing responsiveness and utilisation during rapid growth.

Early-Stage Retention: Reduced Month 1 churn risk across new enterprise engagements by identifying recurring disengagement patterns in qualitative check-ins and implementing a structured Week 1–4 adoption framework that surfaced signals earlier.

Completed my Bachelors in Psychology (2018 - 2021) and Masters in Organisational Psychology (2021 - 2022) at the University of Exeter.
