I have 10 years of good working experience in IT Security team working in ITIL-based global environment serving US, EMEA and APAC regions and managing 12000++ Windows and Linux servers running on VMWare and AWS platforms.

I was actively involved in servers’ security audit, compliance and vulnerabilities remediation using Qualys Vulnerability Scanning tool, Tanium automation tool, RedHat Satellite and Azure.  Previously, I have been using Bladelogic for automating Patching Change activities before migrated to using Tanium for the same activities.

I was using Service-Now/CMDB system on a regular basis for planning, scheduling and implementing Change, tracking, completion and reporting our daily Audit and Remediation Request tickets.  I also actively using PAM and VPN in my daily work.

I also actively involved in planned projects on installing fresh agents or updating old security-related tools such TrendMicro, Mcafee, Chef Habitat and VMWare agents in all servers within our scope.

I am certified in Comptia Security+, VMWARE Certified Professional, Splunk, Linux and ITIL Foundation Service Management.  I have also completed 5 days intensive training in Comptia Cyber Security Analyst+.

1. Acting as day-shift lead managing a team of junior members - monitoring, checking and assigning emails, Incident tickets and Request tickets in our Service-Now ticketing system to junior members evenly and checking they are completed or answered.
2. Be an escalation point of contact for junior members having issues in their daily tasks.
