Experience

Let me start with my experience as a Finance Manager for nearly 14 years and I do believe that my education, skill-set and experience make me a suitable candidate for this vacancy.  I can’t compare myself with other candidates but I am humble to that I am a highly organized and self-driven individual, passionate about my career in the field of Accounting and Finance.  I am an MBA scholar from University Sains Malaysia (USM) specializing in Project Management, Internal Audit Practice, Performance Management and Entrepreneurship in Global Business.  Thus, with my experiences more than 14 years of working in diverse financial positions with multiple companies, I have gained an extensive insight within this field. Till today, I am accountable for leading a team and carrying out a wide range of commercial processes.  During the course of my career, I have gained a special understanding of financial instruments and accounting software and have also been effective in explaining complex information in a comprehensible manner during reporting to Suruhanjaya Cooperative Malaysia. My skills of accounting include general business knowledge, data analysis, ability to prepare financial statements, technology expertise, knowledge of accounting practices, and soft skills such as critical thinking, written and oral communication, negotiation, and time management.  Currently I also have to lead a group of 15 people to a result of a diverse blend of skills and achieving targeted project in increasing desired profit by the company.
