With over a decade of hands-on experience, I am involved in projects from conceptual development through building plan submission and technical documentation.

My expertise includes design coordination, authority submissions, UBBL compliance, technical detailing, and construction documentation. I have a strong interest in balancing functional design with regulatory requirements, ensuring projects are both practical and buildable.

Passionate about continuous improvement, I am also deeply engaged in architectural visualization, material detailing, and development procedures — always striving to enhance both design quality and project efficiency.
