Ensure products are administered correctly in the system via robust User Acceptance Testing procedures.

Conduct product and portfolio management, including collaborate with data analytics team in looking into customers insights that bringing meaningful values to marketing for upsell/cross-sell activities, as well as

looking into profitable segments to ensure loss ratio are within budget.

Propose and amend benefits and pricing accordingly to optimize results.

As part of the product development, communicate with other project members and vendors in term of

product and premium structure, underwriting rules and rate changes; and ensure the rules are accurately

built for implementation.

Collaborate with Marketing and Partnership Leads, manage enhancements and other changes to

insurance products.

Graduated from Heriot-Watt University majoring in Actuarial Science, currently looking for opportunities to continue with IFOA exams while gaining working experience
